Abstract
Were consider the effective aspect of psychological culture as an integral individual-personal psychological formation, which is most intensively formed in activity, in particular, in professional and self-educational activity and as a result of self-development. It is shown that psychological culture is attributed to the structures of the most adequate personal support for the goals, objectives and content of the activity, which arise in the process of adaptation of personality and activity.
