Abstract

Theses describe a comparative analysis of professional standards of teachers in Ukraine, USA, Singapore, Poland. Despite the different formats of these documents in different countries, the mission of professional standards of teachers is to promote reforms in education, ensure its quality and regulate labor relations. The development of human capital in general depends on the personal and professional qualities of teachers, their social and professional position.
