Abstract

The article is about the interdisciplinary interaction on the lessons of Ukrainian literature in the 11th grade of the lyceum in the frames of competence-oriented learning. Through analytical consideration of current scientific and methodological works, the author proves that the method of competence-oriented teaching of literature at school is strengthening in Ukraine. It is noted that the use of interdisciplinary links, the content of which is outlined in the current programs of Ukrainian literature for secondary school, facilitates the formation of a competent student-reader. The article emphasizes that in the senior forms it is expedient to use interactive learning activities that encourage students not only to acquire new knowledge but also to apply the acquired skills in new types of educational tasks. The author proves that multimedia learning technologies allow us to apply complex approaches to interdisciplinary links in Ukrainian literature lessons. The preparation of a book trailer for a selected work of art is one of the most creative and developmental types of interdisciplinary interaction, which promotes the use of students' complex knowledge of Ukrainian literature, Ukrainian language, history of Ukraine, and digital technologies. The article emphasizes that the teacher should direct students to create a multimedia response (review) to the book, explain the concept of a book trailer, formulate requirements for its conclusion, recommend a plan for such work, define evaluation criteria, and more. Reading, editing, and compiling encyclopedic Wikipedia articles develop reading literacy, information, digital, and language competence of students, as well as critical thinking, comparison skills, encyclopedic style of expression, and independent search for information. In this type of educational activity, students also use knowledge from a wide range of school subjects: Ukrainian literature, Ukrainian language, foreign language, history, and computer science. The conclusions indicate that interactive forms of educational activities, the implementation of creative and developmental types of educational tasks in the framework of interdisciplinary interaction contribute to the formation of a competent student-reader.
