Abstract

The cognitiv and semantic component is a fixed component of andragogical competence of pedagogical staff to work with adults. The cognitive component includes two interrelated components: sensory and logical. The semantic component is realized through the construction of a system of professionally significant knowledge that provides appropriate practical activities. The cognitive and semantic component of andragogical competence of pedagogical staff to work with adults is realized through self-educational activities, scientific and methodological activities, collective forms of personal and professional development.
