Abstract

Andragogical competence of pedagogical staff to work with adults is based on a number of structural components, among which the key ones are cognitive-semantic, value-motivational, reflexive-evaluative and operational-activity. The structural components of the andragogical competence of pedagogical staff to work with adults are based on problematic, partial-search, discussion, reflective methods, which generally provide professional development.
