Abstract

The founding of the educational system in Germany was based on the educational ideas of the nineteenth century. and their gradual transformation from the proclaimed Wilhelm Humboldt, a renowned German philosopher and statesman, to a "romantic" concept of universal education for all people to "public education", the interpretation of which led to the fact that it was in practice divided into academic and educational people (in so-called "public" schools) in the spirit of the social-class nature of the whole school system. Unfortunately, the traditions that were laid down in this historic period are still preserved in the modern German school system.
