Abstract

In theses on the basis of foreign experience the main approaches of digital educational environment in the conditions of multicultural education of pupils are considered, namely: studying of foreign languages; the development of a multicultural dimension in education using ICTs, strengthening cooperation among EU countries; acquiring knowledge about other cultures, developing multiculturalism, digital competence, overcoming cultural stereotypes, etc., in particular, distance learning of foreign languages ​​and culture; e-learning programs for the development of multicultural understanding and awareness among students; multicultural and media education through ICT; creation of a multicultural educational environment in the ICT through ICT; multicultural education through multimedia education; use of media to promote multicultural understanding and overcoming stereotypes; introduction of an electronic multidisciplinary multicultural textbook on history and geography lessons; use of electronic educational resources in the process of multicultural education; the use of virtual simulation training games that reproduce the multicultural aspects of life and more.
