Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of influence of the character traits of the teacher on the effectiveness of his pedagogical activity. Characterological factors of the teacher's psychological readiness for pedagogical creativity are determined. The author found that the harmonious nature of the teacher is a factor in the effectiveness of his pedagogical activity.
