Abstract

The period from birth to the end of the third year of life is the age of the fastest physical and mental development of the child. Deep visual impairments cause certain peculiarities in the child's development. The methodological basis of early intervention is a systematic approach that provides a holistic view of the child's development. Early intervention programs are built on a number of basic principles that form the core approaches and are crucial to these programs.
