Abstract

Strategic directions and philosophical and methodological principles of development of the 21st century education are humanization, humanization and democratization of education. In the philosophical and cultural interpretation of the concept of "humanization" is seen as a process which in the field of educational activities refers primarily to the system of relations (teacher-student, administrator-teacher, teacher-teacher, etc.).
