Abstract

Trends and alternative pathways in preparation teachers in the US are focused on satisfying the individual and national needs, effectively affect the quality of training future teachers. The main tendencies in obtaining a specialty of a teacher provide the opportunity to train qualified professionals for the purpose improving the qualitative and quantitative indicators of educational provision institutions teaching staff in the states. Using alternative certification for organizational and continuing professional development is a promising area of ​​reform pedagogical education.
