Abstract

One of the conditions for the successful operation of modern educational organizations is the positive image of their head for the target group of consumers of educational services. The insufficiently high prestige of working professions in the eyes of today's youth leads to increased requirements for the psychological readiness of the heads of vocational and technical educational institutions (VET) in terms of forming a positive image. Accordingly, it is relevant to study the peculiarities of the formation of such readiness among managers, including its gender-age aspect.
