Abstract

At the article is show the results of empirical investigation about individual-psychological features of practical psychologies who are at the different stages of professionogenesis. Showed that when the work experience of these specialists is increasing, the professionally important integral features (as a professional orientation, demanding for themselves, responsibility, internal locus of control, reflection, persistence, self-confidence, volitional and business qualities) are developing.
