Abstract

The thesis for doctor of pedagogical sciences degree in specialty 13.00.10 – Information and communication technologies in education. – The work was performed in the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools, National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. The thesis will be defended at the specialized academic Council of same Institute. – Kyiv, 2019. The thesis justifies theoretical and methodical bases of creation of computer-oriented environment for design of electronic educational resources for universities' open systems of teachers’ professional development, which is based on corporate learning, takes place at teachers' workplaces, without interrupting them from performing their duties, and unifies continuous education with introduction of informational-communicational technologies in the university. A concept of computer-oriented environment for such systems is proposed, structurally-logical and functional models of such environment is developed, factorially-criterial model is proposed for evaluation of teachers' ICT-competencies level, organizationally-methodical bases are developed for design of various types of electronic educational resources design in such environment. During pedagogic experiment the effectiveness of the proposed computer-oriented environment for electronic educational resources design for open university systems of teachers' professional development was confirmed. Materials and research results can be used for design and creation of electronic educational resources, virtual learning environments, and lecturer continuous training systems.
