Abstract

The article deals with the issue of psychological support for the professional activity of teaching staff in the context of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School. The results of the questionnaire of teachers are presented and their queries, needs, expectations regarding different forms and methods of psychological assistance to all participants of the educational process are defined. The advantages in the choice of teachers to implement the main strategies of psychological support of educational activities are analyzed: personal-facilitative; theoretical, methodical, practical and constructive. The methodological content of each strategy is disclosed.
