Abstract

On the basis of studying the issues of realization of reforms in the sphere of general secondary education, the importance and content of the psychological readiness of the subjects of implementation to the support and acceptance of changes are outlined. Аlso substantiates the need to increase tolerance to the situation of uncertainty as a condition for successful adoption by the educational community and the public of educational innovations.
