Abstract

The article presents an analysis of peculiarities of examinations in biology in certain of foreign countries. The main focus is on the content of the examination tasks and on the form of their submission. The question about measuring of student achievement levels remains relevant for most countries, but each country solves the problems of organizing and conducting exams, taking into account national and cultural traditions, and taking into account the level of development of the theory and methodology of assessing level of graduates' preparing for higher education.
