Abstract
Different branches of science have different approaches and numerous definitions of "model" and "modeling" exist. In the course of the research, the form of the model - conceptual, based on which conceptual ideas, the position of "scientific approaches, processes, actions of the subjects of management, on the basis of which will be characterized" - the model of the system of management of the institution of extracurricular education is chosen.
