Abstract

The theses highlight the basic principles of pedagogical measurements in educational quality monitoring systems, which are based on the consideration of the peculiarities of the measured parameters in accordance with the state of the object of pedagogical influence, the analysis and interpretation of dynamic variables in the aspect of expert evaluation of a particular state of the measurement object.
