Abstract

In the review presented scientists research activities results what directed at the gifted children and young people socialization insurance problems solving by creating a psychological and pedagogical environment in educational institutions. It has been found out that the study and creative use of domestic and international experience contributes to the increase in the effectiveness of the organization of psychological and pedagogical activities with gifted children and young people.
