Abstract

In the article, the author shows that the cochlear implantation method today is the most effective, safe and reliable method of rehabilitation for both adults and children with severe hearing impairment and deafness. It is noted that modern technologies and sound hearing rehabilitation are properly organized and conducted, which give people the opportunity to improve or fully restore their auditory perception, to have the opportunity to communicate, and this means opportunities to develop and live a full life. Illuminated issues indicates the development of scientific thought and technical means to assist children with severe hearing impairments.
