Abstract

In article principles of group identity concerning small groups are investigated. The problem to define specificity of identity of small groups through specificity of relationship and group structure in small group is formulated. The small group is interpreted not only, as social object, but also as the subject of social interaction and the carrier of “identity of group”. Connection of group identity with sociometric structure of groups is investigated, and group dynamics is considered as dynamic expression changes of group identity structure. Group identity is considered in a context of concept group unconscious.
