Abstract

The monograph presents the main scientific results obtained by the Laboratory of Age Psychophysiology of Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the NAES of Ukraine during three-year research work (2016-2018). The first chapter outlines the general theoretical foundations of psycho-physiological provision of professional self-fulfilment. The second chapter describes the organization, methods and results of the empirical research performed by the authors’ team and revealing the factors of professional self-fulfilment of specialists in different professions. This research was conducted in 21 institutions and organizations, as well as through the authors’ psychological diagnostic site; it was attended by university lecturers, school teachers, preschool educators, practical psychologists, doctors, programmers, managers, trade unionists, scientific workers, etc. (totally 981 specialists). The third chapter covers the conceptual theoretical, methodological and practical principles of the technology of psychophysiologic support for specialists’ professional self-fulfilment under the conditions of socio-economic transformations. The general technology of psychophysiologic support for specialists’ professional self-fulfilment under such conditions is presented, as well as modifications of the corresponding technologies that take into account the specifics of specialists in different professions. The monograph may be of interest to researchers in the field of personality psychology, psychology of work, psychophysiology, psychological diagnosis, to practical psychologists, business coaches, teachers, managers of institutions and organizations, post-graduate students.
