Abstract
The Department of Professional Education and Adult Education, despite having a rich, interesting story. The department directs the activities of structural units to address the urgent problems of vocational education and training of vocational schools in the regions: studying the opportunities of adult education in the system of vocational education; establishment of a network of vocational education institutions throughout the life of the leading vocational educational institutions of the regional network, formation of social and psychological competence of pedagogical workers; creation of certification cards for employers, etc.
