Abstract

The article presents the transformational strategy of modern educational policy - inclusive education, as the most significant innovation movement in the education of the 20th century. It is noted that at the present stage the idea of inclusion acquires adequate outlines and becomes a fundamental category of didactics: the introduction of inclusive education is a complicated, ambiguous problem that requires consideration and development of normative-legal, psychological-pedagogical, program-content, socio-psychological principles.
