Abstract
The presented material provides a brief description of the essence and content of the communicative culture of an educational consultant. It is determined that the formation of the communicative culture of the staff of the advisory-methodical sphere is determined by their professional readiness for communicative activities, presented by such interconnected structural components: motivational-value, cognitive-cognitive, operational-activity, actually communicative and personally-psychological. There are four levels of formation of a communicative culture of a teacher-advisor - creative, optimal, reproductive and intuitive - depending on the degree of manifestation and the degree of development of the main components.
