Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the phenomena of state-public and public-public administration, general educational institution, organizational mechanisms of public and state administration, genesis of scientists' views is highlighted Regarding these phenomena, the state of the organizational mechanisms is analyzed in practice. Also, the relationship between leadership style and introduction of organizational mechanisms of public-government administration in the activity of general educational institutions.
