Abstract

In this article organizational management structure of higher medical educational institutions is analyzed. It defined that management structure of each individual institution is unique, but always includes units and workers who carry out the management of educational, innovative and scientific, economic and business spheres. Substantiated the necessity of improving management system of higher medical educational institutions to increase the level adaptability to environmental conditions and implementation of strategic management of innovation.
