Abstract

The book described the organizational and pedagogical principles of the development at the educational process of the University of a Web-based management information-analytical system for its activities. Carried out analysis of the current state of using ICT in the management of the University. Defined organizational principles of informatization in higher education. Suggested the concept of creating educational and scientific information environment of the University. Constructed model of information-analytical system of the University. Formulated requirements and practical recommendations on the creation and using the components of information-analytical system of the University. It is intended for researchers in the field of information technologies, heads of higher educational institutions, faculty, postgraduate students and university students, for all those who are interested in modern trends in the informatization of educational systems, perspective approaches to their research, development and implementation.
