Abstract

These methodical recommendations covers the basic aspects of the editorial process using open e-publishing systems such as Open Journal Systems (OJS). Highlights the processes of registration and retrieval of scientific content by the Reader, the Author's steps at all stages of editorial and publishing process, the manuscripts reviewing and the work of editorial group (Editor, Section editor, Copyeditor, Layout editor and Proofreader).
