Abstract

The article substantiates the changes and detailing to the Ukrainian Language and Literature Syllabus for the 10lh –11lh forms at schools with Russian as the language of tuition. It emphasizes the urgent need to outline a separate theory of syllabus compiling, as far as it is the syllabus, which holds the basic parameters of a quality textbook. It also concludes on the situation, challenges and perspectives of syllabus compiling, and stipulates on structural risks at official language acquisition in case of introduction of prolonged schooling.
