Abstract

The article proves contemporary approaches to improvement of professional competence and mobility of enterprises’ personnel, specifically qualified workers. Legal documents that regulate recreation processes and vocational training for enterprises’ personnel are analyzed. Methodological bases for developing and implementing new integrated professions into vocational education and training with an allowance of dynamic changes in economic sectors are under consideration. A modular-competence approach to création of new standards concerning occupations according to National qualification framework requirements is grounded. A process of embedding modular technologies in extra general-production skills vocational training for workers is described.
