Abstract

Information educational environment school today includes electronic educational materials, digital libraries, digital lab "Electronic" journals and magazines, each school must have individual school site, e-learning environment, portfolio of students and teachers and so on. The second important trend of the spread of school education "cloud" and global learning platforms. All these factors are taken into account when creating training programs and teacher training in Europe. Each country develops its strategy and recommendations in the field of IR - competence of teachers.
