Abstract

Division of Education and Training (Departement Onderwijs en Vorming, DOV) of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Flemish Community of Belgium has developed and proposed a model. It basis for the development of IС competence primary school pupils Kingdom of Belgium (the experience of the Flemish community. This assessment model contains three main categories IC competency: training and procedural, operational, social and ethical.
