Abstract

Subject competence includes knowledge (cognitive component), activity (behavioral component) and values (motivational component). In State education programs on the biology and chemistry are the requirements to the level of general education students for primary school. Students acquire subject competencies a result of training. Cognitive actions system includes activities of students on different cognitive levels: recognition, understanding, skills, knowledge transfer.
