Abstract

In recent years, much attention is paid to the search for new materials with unique physical properties. Examples of such structures are small clusters Si expanded scope, as well as the silicon structure, similar in meaning to the physical fulerenopodobnym. The aim of this study was to investigate the stability of these structures on the surface crystalline silicon.
