Abstract

Skip to Ukraine's education system has exacerbated external evaluation issues for evaluating education - and expected measurable concrete achievements of graduates who determine that they are able to do upon completion of the entire educational program (or portion thereof). In other words, testing evaluates how the graduate is competent, defining it through formation of competencies.
