Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the requirements for training materials, taking into account the above criteria of mobility and recommendations for designing mobile learning content. Determined that most fully requirements for mobile learning materials consistent with the concept of learning objects as standardized structural components, providing reuse. In terms of technical implementation of learning object can be represented as a set of information objects assembled into a coherent structure using metadata. In terms of content semantic learning object must be an independent component of the curriculum and include the objectives, specific learning activities and assessment of learning achievements. Construction of educational materials based on learning objects facilitates the design, evaluation, modification and adaptation to the application.
