Abstract

This article describes the results of an experimental research of a role that spiritual culture plays in the process of formation of national consciousness of modern Ukrainian youth. It is shown, that the spiritual culture is one of the most important factors who promote formation and maintenance of national identification of the person. However the revealed regional differences of features of national identification of young people testify that process of formation of national consciousness of the students who live in different regions of Ukraine occurs non-uniformly and ambiguously under the contents and quality.
