Abstract

Taking into consideration that modern civilisation development is characterized by dynamism, cultural potential raising, strengthening of individuals' social role, labour intellectualisation, fast technique's and technology's change, the society pose fundamentally new requirements to individual's upbringing. In the article we have analysed principles, the goal and tasks of individual's upbringing in present conditions and proved the conceptual basis of upbringing work organisation at vocational schools.
