Abstract

The author analyses modern approaches and the contents of the notion of “pedagogical condition” in broad pedagogical context; specifies the role and place of the category in the methodology of psychological and pedagogical researches and shows possible ways of pedagogical tasks’ productive solving and objective evaluation of the importance of certain conditions in the activity of educational institutions. As far as the definition of the key notion is the most important methodological principle of the researched issue’s essence revealing, specification of the contents of the notion of “pedagogical condition” foresees the study of the main features of the category “condition” in different aspects, generalization and normalization of the notion in the terminology of pedagogy. The task of generalization predetermines the consideration of the phenomenon of pedagogical conditions as a totality of interrelated complexes that should be created in order to effectively achieve the settled pedagogical aims and to increase the quality of education. Basing on the comparative analysis of psychological and pedagogical publications and generalization of educational practice the author proposes the typology of pedagogical conditions; revealed purpose and place of different kinds of conditions in general structure of pedagogical research according to the character and the essence of the problems they are aimed to resolve. The author also determines pedagogical objects and certain subject areas in order to ground, study, test and implement into the educational practice developed, experimentally tested and properly corrected pedagogical innovations of certain direction. In author’s opinion, it is possible in order to lay special emphasis on certain pedagogical conditions, to determine and fix their essential characteristics, properties, relationships and connections thorough theoretical analysis of educational system as well as scientific and methodological analysis aimed at the improvement and intensification of educational, educational and manufacturing, organizational and managemental and other educational processes and phenomena.
