Abstract

Andragogical and akmeological model of adults' teaching in way of examining them in the context of the continuous education are appoints. The adults' teaching importance is really topical in connection with the necessities of labour-market. The pedagogical technologies offered are used in the process of adults' teaching in the highest educative institution and in the system of the retraining and rising qualification also.
