Abstract

The book comprehensively describes the formation of professional and ethical culture of future professionals in the process of humanitarian training in medical colleges, the author presents the method of formation of professional and ethical culture of future medicians with the use of interactive technologies in the study of history and culture. Based on a comprehensive analysis the structural components of professional and ethical culture of health workers are defined, were found the criteria and methods for evaluating its level in students of the medical colleges. The author actualizes the problem of improvement the quality of medical mid-level professionals (nurses, laboratory technicians) through the introduction of interactive methods into professional education. The book includes theoretical aspects and practical recommendations that have been tested in medical colleges and enhance the quality of training of medical personnel.
