Abstract

The article discussed approaches to evaluation of teachers information and communication competence by using ICT in the context of the research the positive experience of the European Union (EU), for example in Estonia. There are considered Estonian researchers proposals to implement adequate evaluation of teachers information and communication competency by using the Web tools.
