Abstract

The rapid development of ICT leads to a significant restructuring of the information environment of modern society, opening up new possibilities of social development, especially in education. Electronic educational tools increasingly become an integral feature of the educational process. Use of information - communication technologies in education can improve learning, increase the quality of learning and opens up great opportunities for improving the learning process.
