Abstract

The article explores the needs and educational potential of postmodern man, the requests of which do not meet modern education. Analyzed a state of modern education, which has become a multifunctional complex branched instructional technology that creates a gap in the system of «man – a reality».Analyzed the perspective of continuing education, the principles of which are able to overcome the branching postnonclassical education and create an open, creative, innovative educational environment.
