Abstract

The article states that the object of scientific and practical understanding of psychological pedagogy is a psycho-pedagogical interaction between two dominant actors of pedagogical action in the educational system - a teacher and a pupil. This scientific branch arose with educational psychology and has developed within its content and practice paradigm. As an independent science it was predicted by I. Pestalozzi. Without psycho-pedagogy as well as knowledge of its laws, regulations, development trends and specific didactics is impossible to achieve high standards of quality learning and education in modern educational insti¬tution at all levels.
