Abstract
The article describes the psychological characteristics of the impact of emo-tional burnout in the motivational component of professional development of students and medical psychologists. Analyzed different approaches to the study of burnout and motivation of domestic and foreign psychologists. Outlines the prospects for further research on the problem of studying the influence of the components of professional development of students of different specialties.
