Abstract

The article briefly describes the results of studies of the peculiarities of the conflict of competence and motivational components of graduates of boarding schools in the context of their professional orientation, for which, including the program was developed vocational training. They describe the content of corporate volunteering program "Together into the Future", which - as a module - part of pilot training, "I and my future profession," through which students can gain the necessary knowledge about the world of occupations and their place in it, get the initial knowledge skills and skills for effective professional work in the future.
