Abstract

On the basis of analysis of the relevant literature the article highlights the main approaches to the role of organizational culture in modern organizations. The authors analyze the place of organizational culture in organizations’ structure, its main functions, and effects of different types of organizational culture (strong and weak, stable and unstable, positive and negative, competitive and uncompetitive) on organizations’ efficiency.
